Jeff Younts
New Construction Project Manager. Mr. Younts began his career in the grocery business in 1983 in Texas where he eventually owned and operated six stores.
He also sold real estate in the early 2000’s with Keller Williams before he moved into real estate management with Countrywide Homes Loans.
Mr. Younts later joined WAMU Special Home Loan Services as an REO Assets Manager and then JP Morgan Chase in a more senior capacity in the REO Asset Management Group. In 2017, Mr. Younts joined PGA Superstore as a teaching instructor and club fitter.
In 2022, Mr. Younts moved to the Nashville, TN area and joined M&S Homes, LLC (Mikel Hunsucker) as a New Construction Project Manager, utilizing his extensive and varied management and real estate experience to build new homes. He manages the construction of the new homes in the Villages of Stoneybrook in Hendersonville, TN for Blue Sky Builders.
Mr. Younts is a graduate of Mountain View Junior College and the George Leonard Real Estate School, both in Texas.
Mr. Younts has 2 daughters and currently resides in Mt. Juliet, TN. He is a Level 1 Professional Golf Association of America Associate, currently pursuing his Class A-6 Certification (teaching professional). He is also an avid recreational golfer.
