Mikel F. Hunsucker
Owner and Qualifying Agent M & S Homes TN, LLC: Mr. Hunsucker’s career started in DeSoto, TX as a Project Manager for Goodman Homes
Mikel’s home building career started in his hometown of DeSoto TX in 1984. He learned the home building business working as a Project Manager for Goodman Homes (later bought by K. Hovnanian Homes) and Sales Manager for MHI. April of 2000 Mikel moved to Nashville TN to become President of Classic Homes BOS L.P. Under his leadership, 2000 to 2005, Classic Homes BOS L.P. grew from 17 closings a year to a high of 169 with revenues in excess of $35 million annual.
Mikel’s current company, M & S Homes, is currently building homes in Hendersonville, North Nashville, and numerous custom homes scattered around Middle Tennessee.
Mikel was a phenomenal athlete in high school, particularly football and baseball, and he played minor league baseball in the early 1980’s. He currently enjoys boating, golf and working out at the gym. He has two grown children, lives with his partner Sheryl in Donelson, TN
